🛍 “Buy for me” rules
- • Up to €100 per request and up to 3 of the same item. Personal use only, not for resale.
- • Not allowed: medicines, cash or gold, weapons, alcohol and tobacco, and fake brand products.
- • Don't pay the traveller in advance. The price is paid at handover, against the item and the receipt.
- • Items stay in their packaging with the receipt. Any customs duty is paid by the requester.
- • Safest way: the requester orders the item online to the traveller's address and pays the shop themselves. The traveller shares their address in the chat only after you agree.
- • If the traveller pays: they send a photo of the item and its price before buying, and are paid the price and the reward at handover, against the receipt.
The “Verified” badge
- • It means Amango's team saw the member's ID and photo and checked they belong to them.
- • It doesn't mean Amango vouches for the member or their items. Keep following the handover rules.
- • We remove the badge if a member used someone else's ID or broke the rules.
★ How ratings work
- • Every rating is tied to a real delivery: the post's owner records it and picks who they dealt with from the people they messaged on Amango.
- • Each side rates the other once within 14 days, and both ratings appear together, so nobody is swayed by the other's rating.
- • The average shows from 3 ratings, so a single rating doesn't define anyone.
- • We don't remove negative ratings. We only remove insults, personal details or ratings that aren't real, after reviewing a report.
- • Nobody is rewarded for writing a rating, and ratings can't be changed after sending. The rated person can reply once.
